Can't send emails - mysterious icon on hub

Just last night, I started having a problem where I can't send emails from my Yahoo account. I'm getting this "red circle with a white minus sign" icon that I have never seen before -please see attachment below.

I already rebooted my phone and deleted the account and added it again, and it still doesn't work. However I sent an email to myself from my computer and tried responding to it from my Z30 and it went through. So it looks like it doesn't go through when I compose a new email.

Running a BlackBerry Z30 on Verizon

change the password on your desktop email. Then make the changes accordingly to your account on the phone.

Did that. Still not working. Any other suggestions?
