Normally I remotely backup my contacts by email. My last Torch (before the one I have now) was stolen, and I had the phone and sim card barred, the phone was passworded too.
Now, when I try to restore my contacts is says "xxx email is not linked with a BlackBerry Messenger account".
New phone and Desktop Manager already can't pick it up.
Has the stop on phone and sim put a stop on your email sorry if a silley point
I think so? I did a much older restore by pc (not what I wanted), and then tried again and it said it failed. A few hours later it updated to 3 weeks ago. However, I had to wipe the phone clean because of a corrupted app. Now I'm trying to restore it back to those 3 weeks ago and I can't. It just says "The xxx email account is not linked to a BlackBerry Messenger account".
