My Bluetooth Is Enabled And Discoverable And No Matter What Kind Of Phone I Try To Get Ringtones From, My Bb Will Not Work. It Will Pair With The Device But Not Accept File Transfers. Is There Something That I Am Doing Wrong?!? Help Please! Thank You!

You can't receive ringtones on your fantastic cell "Bb7130c" because of the Drivers of the mobile OS and other sound driver is not load and not match through any devices.
