I can't log in to the BIS site. I'd bet my life that I'm giving the right credentials. I did the forgot password thing, entered what I thought was my username and sure enough a few seconds later I got a text on my Blackberry with what I thought was my password.

I enter both in, making sure I'm typing them correctly, and I still can't log in. Any ideas?

I can't get into ATT's BIS site too. Could this be Rim's problem?

I just went and tried to log in. I also cannot log in to my Verizon BIS.

Definately a RIM server problem. Can't get into my ATT or Verizon BIS. Wife could not get into hers either. Even got them to resend my password, which was correct in the first place. Been down since this evening as far as I can tell.

I just tried on my storm and I was able to log into my BIS account without a problem. I was also able to add a new email account while logged in.
