    I had to reinstall my Docs to Go and lost Excel. Got registered and everything. After clicking on link to download the 1.005 version (which includes Excel), it will not download. I get an error that basically says "...file already installed, download anyway." If I say "no" it aborts download. If I say "yes" it trys to download but eventually says "data on device is in different format cannot install."

    So, what do I need to do to get the Excel downloaded and installed in Docs to Go?

    Using OS 4.5.77 on Pearl and DM 4.7

    Delete Docs2Go, reinstall using the Desktop Manager, and then upgrade to get Excel back.

    I had the same problem. I uninstalled and got a link for another OTA download from DataVis
