    So this morning, I updated BBM to version 7.0.1.23 on my Torch 9850 and did the reboot. When the reboot finished, I went to find BBM and the application icon wasn't anywhere to be found. I then checked in BlackBerry World and it is there. I was planning on deleting it and then reinstalling it but there isn't any option in MyWorld or anywhere in BlackBerry World to delete BBM like I can do with any other app. I tried rebooting my device to see if that would fix it and it did not. Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!

    Go to BB app world, then type RST. See if that helps.

    Sorry you are having a problem with the update...I received notification of the upgrade last night and everything went well with my installation. Does anyone have any idea what this update was about? I'm not noticing anything...thanks.

    Go to BB app world, then type RST. See if that helps.
    I can't...I don't have a keyboard device. If I do that by going into the menu and selecting "Show Keyboard" and I type it, it will just search BlackBerry World

    Hold the BB button to bring up the task switcher. Should see it there.

    Same thing happened to me. I finally went to Options>Device>Application Management and deleted BBM from there, did a device reboot, then went to BBWorld and reinstalled. That seemed to take care of it.

    It isn't there...or anywhere else within the OS that I can see

    What has happened to me is that i've done the update (7.0.1.23) And it just says 'Cannot set up BBM' When i try to go on it... Please could anyone help?

    Tbh i don't know what a carrier is... It has worked previously, I don't know what a BB data plan is or a OS version is... But yes, i am logged in with my BB ID . Sorry, im quite stupid, But could you help me?
