    Recently I got a fitness tracker from Pivotal Living. I knew they didn't have a Blackberry app but I was hoping through Snap I could find it. No luck though, yet when I use my wife's Android device and access Google Play the app is there in her Google Play store. Not a huge deal as I'm just synching to her phone with my fitness tracker as a work around. I don't think the app uses Google Services but would that be the only reason I can't find it in Snap?

    It might be android version.

    Our runtime is based on 4.3. If they made their app available on 4.4 or above, then it can't be done.

    They may have also limited the devices it can be used on.

    Ahhhhh, I didn't think of that. Thank you. I thought maybe with 10.3 but I wasn't totally sure what changes it brings for Android.

    App works fine. You need 10.3.1.

    Snap doesn't see it.

    I've had mine for a couple of days now. I've been able to sync the band with my Z10 a grand total of 1 time(s). I'm not too sure it's just the phone though, since PL has been having a warm time getting their Android app to function properly.

    Have you had any luck syncing since PL put out the software update? I got my tracker a couple days ago and am having minimal luck getting everything to sync.
