    Is anyone experiencing this problem? Ever since the Blend update came into my phone, I have not been able to connect to blend. My computer says I need to pair with my device and it asks for a Passcode. 1st where do I get this Passcode? 2nd my Passport gives me a screen that my computer needs to be updated and it does not give me an option to look for a Passcode. I already tried installing blend again but no luck... can someone help? I really got used to Blend.

    I'm in the exact same boat. And I'm glad to see you phrased it well enough that I can relate to this exact issue. I'm using a Mac and 10.3.1.1154 on Passport with Blend fully updated.

    I don't get the pin number on my BlackBerry. I've tried signing in/out of BBID and also noticed there is one "paired computer" on my device connections on my Passport I cannot seem to delete. Not sure if this is the Mac I can't connect to.

    Have you guys tried rebooting the phone? Sometimes my Z30 failed to connect when I kept trying the reconnect button. I restarted the phone and it's working fine.

    I had to delete my device on Blend and set it up again. Now works fine.
