i have heard that settings andso on can be set at this site. "https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html/" i have a verizon account with a curve 8330. i go to this site and try to create an account and it tells me one already exist so i try to send the forgotten password to my phone with the pin and i get a msg on my phone saying there is no user or account is created? what is going on with this?
nope thanks anyway, i had to call verizon and have them reset the bis account. i have no clue what happened but they had to do a reset. all works fine now.
