Our voicemail system emails our users a .WAV file of every voicemail they recieve.
None of our users are using anything less than a 8300 series curve as a unit, and we're on bes 4.1.6, have media player installed, all newest updates, etc. We should be able to listen to these through our BB's, but so far have been unable.
