    i recently brought my bb online secondhand. it has been unlocked to all networks, and i am on a data plan with tesco and had no problem connecting to the internet on my old phone, but that broke. now when i try to connect to the internet on my bb 8310 it says "unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. if the problem persists please contact your service provider"
    any ideas how i can get the internet up and running??? thanks

    Is your "data plan with tesco" a BlackBerry specific data plan?

    If not, you need to call them and have them change your data plan to one that supports BlackBerry (ie BIS).

    Check your internet data plan is supported by 8310 or not firstly then after contact to customer care and explain your problem.
