hey everyone, i'm a rookie in the bb world, and had a question. i was wondering if you can set your text or im messages so that that the screen lit up when you get one? i dont hear very well and seeing the screen light up would better for me.

i've always wondered this too. the LED flashes, makes the noise, but that's about it.

my led lights up too, but i like big bright lights, that and i'm greedy!

I don't think it would be impossible. On my Curve, when I receive a phone call the screen turns on.
