    My wife has a 8530 (os5) and I have a 9650 Bold (os6) and wish
    to copy her calender entries to mine. (the 8530 used to be mine)

    Is that possible?
    If so how?

    Just backup her calendar database with desktop manager and then restore the calendar on your phone. This method will overwrite your calendar entries though. Also you can do this through google sync.

    Google sync is probably the best way to do this since it will get new entries and sync to both BBs

    Or use the Advanced Restore function in the DM and just restore the Calendar from a saved backup of her BB. You load the backup on the left and your bb's files will show on the right. Just check mark the Calendar on the left and press the right arrow. It should replace her Calendar into your BB.

    Even if I am going from a backup of an os5 phone to an os6 phone?

    Did a calander restore via DM from a recent
    8530 backup file and it worked fine.

    Sign in from the new device, hit menu and choose restore from backup. I just restored all the info last night after a device wipe.
