    My bb is connected to a wall charger all day at work. I'm wondering if I should only charge it when it's needed.

    Is it possible to over-charge a bb battery?

    Does it damage battery life if you keep a bb plugged in well beyond the fully-charged point?

    no since it is a lithium ion battery. it cuts off power when it is full charged.

    It doesn't matter like it used to with some of the Nickel Cadmium batteries. Charge away it won't harm it...

    This is verified by the lightening bolt that goes away on the battery meter in the top left when the charge is at 100%.
