What you should do with the other two lines is just put dumb phones on there and I know it's gonna be like an extra $30 after taxes but it's the cheapest way to go. Maybe if you know someone who needs cell service and can reimburse you the $30?
If it was so legitimate, why wouldn't they go into more detail? Maybe explain what it is they do that provides this awesome outcome.
Just think about it logistically; if it was legitimate, then the person would be working directly with the service provider- and why would the service provider willingly work with someone to help them make more money, and they [the service provider] less money??
Had a close friend who did that for nearly a year paying his bill directly to an at&t employee. He did that until she was fired and arrested. The only consequence he suffered was having to pay his full bill again. Personally I would avoid anything that sounds too good on CL or anywhere on the Net!

So you give full access of your account to a random stranger which includes your personal info and billing and maybe your creditcard info and then tells you he'll pay half of your bill and must be over $100. Sounds like a scam to me, and its craglist which is known for scams. I'd say don't fall for this, its sounds suspicious I'd avoid this and report it if there is a reporting button on the ad.
