Place I work has a database sysetm we sync with. (BES) That system tags an extension onto everyone's phone numbers if they are on the Do Not Call list.
E.g. 212-555-1212 xDNC
Problem is this breaks caller ID for any calls or text messages that come in.
Is there any way to have the BB just look at the number for caller ID and ignore the extension so it still would work?
They are hopefully finding a different way to handle this but it will take them months to get a solution to not mess with the phone numbers.
