Can get 3G service from my BB devise.

Does anybody know how to get 3G service from a bb device, as I'm am using a playbook, and am using my touch which is a 3G , but it is taking to long to load a pages and it is working like an Edge device if at all . I have the new OS2 on my playbook. Im in Saudi Arabia and the signal here is good. To achieve the speed I need on my playbook I have to use my wifi and hook up onto my Samsung galaxy S2. Now I would like to use my BB as I am paying for that service and up the speed. So is there any setting that need to be done. As now I'm really starting to enjoy my playbook.
