    I was able to find a seller for z30 but he says that the phone has a different type of tracking of PIN in the device.

    What does that exactly mean? Am I going to be tracked down once I put my sin card in the phone?

    Inside info: he seems to be a IBM Global Business Services National Sales Executive lol. I'm kind of scared.

    You found a seller or a buyer? And yes there are other means to track the device.

    He's a seller. I think I'm going to avoid buying the phone from this executive. My money just might goto waste if the phone gets locked.
