I have a Blackberry 9630 from sprint. Having problems unlocking it. However I have received an unlock code, but I still can't unlock the phone. I am able to use my Tmobile sim card in the Blackberry and I have access to my BBM messenger and Yahoo as well. But I have no Internet browser. When I called Tmobile, they walked thru all the steps (registering, service books, etc..) I was transferred to RIM and they simply said Tmobile doesn't support 9630. Is there anyone with the same problem or is it possible. I would like to be able to use the internet.
