I have a user with an 8820. He gets this problem repeatedly and I wipe and reactivate and it fixes it for a while. In his call log, if he scrolls down to, say, the third call in the list and clicks Call, it will call the first number in the list. It doesn't matter which he is choosing, it always calls the top number. Nobody else in my 2200 users are complaining of this, and he has been through more than one BlackBerry with the same problem. Any ideas?
