First of all, it's not "4G" as carriers say, it's really HSPA+. (just wanted to clear it up)

I suggest searching through the options in OS 7, type Touch and see if anything about it pops up.

Yup, go to "Options", then "Typing and Language", and then "Touchscreen Sensitivity."
