I just noticed that my calendar entries only go back to May of 2009 even though my calendar was created in October 2008. I have Desktop Manager setup to 2 way sync and I'm curious if this is normal behavior, to have my entries deleted. I have the option to "Keep Forever" on my device and I can't find anything in Outlook about how long to keep an entry. Also, my device does not drop low in memory - ever...
Is this happening during the synchronization? I was hoping all calendar entries could have been kept forever. Any suggestions?
When you set up calendar sync in DM check the options. There are options to sync x days in advance and in the past or sync all items. Sounds like you've got the date range enabled as opposed to all items which is the setting you want.
