    I'm sorry but I don't get this send using funcion in calanders. I mean... What is it? Its set as my email but how does it send the calander entry? Sorry, can someone please explain this to me.

    i'd like to think that it is used to share events between fellow BB users. for example i am in a "scotch and pipe" society and a few of us use BB's so i could send out the "calendar entry" for our meetings to the other members so it would show up on their respective calendar.

    it is to make sure you have the right calendar you are putting the appointment in if you have more than 1 calendar

    Just to clarify a bit, it determines the email used when you invite attendees to the given event/calendar entry.

    When you add invitees to a calendar entry, the chosen email will send out an invitation/.ics file (I believe that is the correct extension) to the invited person's email to by synced with their calendar.
