I have a 8320 without a data plan that I got from ebay. I have set up the browser to use wifi to browse. The problem is that it only works occasionally. There doesnt seem to be any pattern to when it wants to work but when it doesnt it says contact service provider. Anybody have any ideas whats wrong?
