Under options >general properties What woppould you suggest be the best setup for the BIS network. I'm a newbie not sure if this is somewhere else I couldn't find it.

I would suggest you check support HTML tables-support embedded media- support style sheets-show images on wml&html and my emulation is on Blackberry. You can also check support Java scripts also, but it makes the browser run a tad slow.
