Ok i bought a used phone, the ESN is clear. now i need to swap the phones out on my current plan. so i know i need to update the OS, clear off the old owner's email addresses, and activate it but i not sure in what order.
my plan was to wipe handheld (this will restore phone back to factory settings right?), then load the new OS, and then call Sprint to activate. is this correct? any tips?
