Im new to wi-fi and decided to try and get this working. I have had many blackberries but not with wifi. So I have everything set up, security key and went through the step by step process on here also. I get connected, it is white and show connected. When I go to a website it turns gray which means it isn't connected anymore, at least on the theme I am using. This happens everytime I use it. Any Ideas? Yes I resent service books also.
