    Anybody else having issues with phone not charging? A screen pops up saying that I'm not using a proper power source. It doesn't do it every time but when it does I have to do a battery pull. It's getting very annoying. I really don't want to exchange phones because I spent $35.00 for zagg invisible shield.
    Any suggestions?

    Your not the only one. I had to do a battery pull also to get my 9930 to charge. I already had ordered a Seidio charging pod....so...that took care of that problem. I don't know why it's happening. There are a few threads about it on the CB site. Some suggest to turn off your Wi-Fi. Some suggest to wait a few minutes and it should start charging. I also got the same pop up message also. Sorry I wasn't more help....but your not alone.

    That does help, I'll try waiting a few minutes or maybe get a charging pod.

    From what I've read it has something to do with the os's that have been out.

    I am on 9900/ (B998) and the only time I get that error is when I don't use a strong enough charger like a usb port on a fm transmitter.

    All other chargers work for me including my igo
