Heya everyone.

Since my Passport is gone for repairs, I've bought a 9900. It was stuck on the loading screen so I got it very cheapand thought I could fix it. I've managed to reset the software (first got a 507 error but after 3-6 retries it went away).

But now my device is still stuck on the loading screen... I've tried getting it in safe mode, but it won't work...
Anyone got any idea's?

507 means no software. Did you load a new OS?

I haven't, how would I load a new OS with a Mac operating system? Or can this only be done on a Windows PC?

Just download a Windows 10 ISO and burn to CD or USB stick.
You should be able to install and skip activation for now, just to let you do this job.

Use Bootcamp on a Mac to install Windows...

Maybe you even like it and purchase a copy. Won't hurt to have a second operating system. You know, more apps...!
