Brand new phone just received and we cannot blue tooth. After pairing we try to receive and it immediately tells us connection failed.

Any ideas, phone has all updates.

Mine does the same! Mine is a company BB - and our IT dept cant seem to figure it out either! I'll let you know if they find out!

I got a new phone and all works. I think when I used the switch function in desktop manager it copied something. 3 others we just estored limited data.
