    Last night I paired my 2 blackberries and tried to send a picture from my phone to the other but it failed... any suggestions? Pairing was successful and I know how to get the pic on there but I want to do the shortcut and use the Blutooth.

    Open the folder on the receiving BlackBerry, and then set it to receive, and then set the other to send.
