    One day my bluetooth worked fine, next day it wont come on at all. I have done a soft reset, it didnt help. I called support at Verizon and the lady said she cant help me take it back to the store. Basically, I cant enable my bluetooth. It shows disabled all the time and doesnt work. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    manage connections>bluetooth options>menu>options.
    what are the settings that you have listed there?

    have you backed up your info using the deskto manager? if not, then do that, and try wiping the device. Tins will sometimes fix connection issues like this>

    menu>options>security>wipe device (depending on your os)>general options>menu>wipe device.

    DO NOT PULL THE BATTERY!!!!!!

    If the bluetooth will still not enable, you could try checking the os of your device to make sure that it is the most up to date version.
