Hey,
I am hoping someone can help me. I have a Dell with Windows 7. I have a Tour 9630, and I have a Rockfish bluetooth dongle. I have been able to get the phone and the computer to (finally after many hours) connect to each other. The phone says Modem Mode enabled and is flashing blue.. I have the network connections working with the following settings: Number is #777 User name is [email protected] password is vzw. I get a connection to the internet, and I am told I am connected, but I cannot get a webpage to load, I keep getting a DNS error. I am sure there is just one more setting I am forgetting but I can't find it. I was on the phone with Verizon for over 2 hours with no luck. I tried to go back to tethered with a wire to forget about the stupid bluetooth, but now that won't work with the Verizon Wireless access manager. I am stuck, no internet access, and a boss that wants to kill me. Any ideas?
