Depends on if you want a stereo headset or mono. Also, check out Bluetooth Central forum on this site for user recommendations. I have the Jaybird JB200 stereo one and it doesn't seem to stay in my ears like it should. Anything more than a walk and it tries to fall off. Slightly frustrating, and dangerous, when you're running 7.5 on the treadmill. Sound quality is pretty good however.

it sync's to both work and personell phone.
also the voice isolation is a great feature as well

I have the original Moto S9. Works fine for my gym use as a music headset. I don't really use it for phone/talk functions.

It can have problems just walking around with sound-cut-offs. Seems related to where the BB is in relation to the S9's.
