Does RIM supports vaio software?

I have this same problem. Bluetooth peripheral device without drivers. I have two shown in Device Manager. In fact, from what I can tell, thousands of people have this issue, and there is no direct solution. Tons of attempts to try different things, but none seem to be the right solution.
Not sure who the driver should come from. But I'm running a Dell E6400 laptop, a Tour 9630 on Verizon, and 5.0.1 for BB DM.
A very frustrating problem indeed.
1. Go to Device Manager
2. Right click the first Bluetooth Peripheral Device - Update Driver
3. Use look for drivers manually
This brings up a list - look for Ports & LPT - select
4. Scroll down the left pane and select RIM Virtual Serial Ports - select
5. In the right pane double click Rim Virtual Serial Ports V2
6. Ignore the warning and click OK
7. Close the window and see the first virtual serial port installed
8. Repeat the same procedure for the second device
Thanks. I have tried this. But upon a reboot, it's back to being like it was, with the driver not installed, showing the exclamation mark.
It worked long term for you?
I did this on my HP dv9730us laptop with Vista Ultimate and it works great. The only issue I have is with the A/V Remote Control Device. After rebooting the phone it quits working. The audio stream still connects, but the A/V remote gets a red X. I have to reinstall the A/V remote control driver then to make it work. Everything else runs fine, especially the tethering. I'm on GPRS only so it's painfully slow. The bluetooth functionality with DM is worthless for me. Only a fraction works via bluetooth. The important stuff you have to do with the cord. Same with file browsing, a no go via bluetooth. This technology is not as great as expected.
You know what...I just tried again, and it is working now. Odd. I know it tried it before, and it kept losing the drivers. I did reinstall my bluetooth adapter software and drivers last night, and I reinstalled BB DM tonight, so maybe that did it. But when I reboot or shut the BT adapter on and off, the drivers stay. NICE!
Thanks a lot. Sorry I said it didn't work, but the first time I did this, it didn't. ;)
