I have asked this before but it has been months since I have been on the site and used my bluetooth
I have a BB curve 8310 and bluetooth mh700 the bluetooth is enabled on my phn and when i click bluetooth it says add device....search or allow it to find me i click search it says searching for device then no new deviced found ensure the device your searching for us parining mode search again yes or no/ the bluetooth is also on while doing this

Are you making sure you're headset is in "pairing mode". If not you phone will not pick up.

how do i make sure the bt is in pairing mode? thought i just opened it up and it was on and ready

i know what that when i open it, it flashes blue and when i close it and hold it down it turns purple?

Check the manual - it should say how to allow discovery - each device is different. Usually, a sequence or hold the ON a longer time????
