    I used "The Evolution of Dance" (YouTube) as my test video and it came out exactly the same as before!

    There was no "high-resolution" (or similar) option, just the same old "entire video" link, which downloaded a postage stamp-size video...

    Am I doing something wrong?

    I had one video that did not work correct but all others. Try another video and see if it works in widescreen.

    They all seem to work in "widescreen" mode now, all I've gotta do is re-download allll my videos...

    Yeah, I noticed that since they updated the service, I ocasionally get errors and can't download the relevant file...

    im getting an error message whenever i try to open the full version of the videos...i can open the preview just fine, however when i select entire video i get a 502: bad gateway. any help?

    Um, yeah - the high resolution videos are larger dimmensions and better quality than the "normal" quality... Personally, I thought it was pretty obvious.

    Try saving the file instead of opening it. Then see if it works.

    deal's a deal, downloaded the high res of stuck to a computer, played fine, I'm sure i'll probably even sign up.

    Now, how's about throwin in a rotate feature so wide screen full high def actually fills in the whole pearl screen??? Then for sure i'd sign up...
    maybe make it a subscriber feature.

    I don't remember which one but it was only one. Everyone that I have tried since has been in widescreen.
