I've recently had to do a "restore to factory settings" restore to fix a couple issues my wife was having with her phone. In the meantime, she lost her Blackgram app that she paid for. Since getting the phone up and running, we can't seem to find the App on the Appworld. I've called Rogers (my provider) and Blackberry but to no avail.

Is it still there?
How do I get Blackgram back since it's paid for? Or my money back?
What's the email for the developers for the app?

I've read here that Blackgram has been temporarily removed from BlackBerry World while some bugs are fixed. If that's the case it should be back soon.

Have a look around the forums or search, I'm sure there will be a thread about it.

There is but it was back in App World a couple of days ago...

Go download Igrann. You have to sideload it and it is a beta version but it works perfectly for the most part and is way better than Blackgram

I received this email from the dev. There's a lot more to the "auto email" if you message them yourself. I have the app and it was working until a couple days ago.

on the bottom of the purchase receipt email there is always a link that says "refund"
