I have an icon at the top of my screen indicating that i have 4 e-mails, however when i open the e-mail envelope, there are none there.....where are they?
While in the Message list, press U to see any unread messages. Then check your Saved Messages folder.
If that does not work then you could try a battery pull...worst case try sending yourself the service books. (go to the your carries BIS website-register/log in-under help look for service books-send them to your device).
