    Hello

    The last couple of days I'm unable to open BlackBerry World on my Z10. A connection problem and BlackBerry world is shut down, it stating. I tried reboot, battery pull but nothing works.

    How can I get BlackBerry world working again? Anyone else having the same issue?

    Have you tried turning off your mobile network and connecting through wifi?
    Or vice versa

    Connecting only by Wifi of network didn't solve the problem. I have contacted my carrier (tmobile) an BlackBerry (@blackberryhelp) and still waiting for and answer......

    RienieW, maybe you can also send a message to @blackberryhelp on twitter?

    My bf had the problem as well when he first got his Z10.
    Every time he tried over mobile network he always got that error, and only worked over wifi, it was only fixed for him with the next update, but as far as I could figure this had to do with what ever he carrier did with the OS before putting it on the device.

    Have tried putting flight mode on and off for a few seconds?

    Yes..my BlackBerry world is back

    I did it refresh bb world manytimes and than turn off network of t-mobile/ provider & restart my BlackBerry z10...and i can open BlackBerry world icon as usual..sucess Ruben..

    It's not 100% back to normal.
    BlackBerry World can open normaly using wifi only
    I read in T-mobile Netherlands forum BlackBerry world is Non Actived!! All t-mobile NL customers have to pay an extra charge /month to be Re-activate World!!!

    Finally Ruben, after I have tried ON or OFF mobile network. & data, wifi...now my BlackBerry world 100% back to normal YES!

    Ik ga het proberen. Maar eerst dus de bar file sideloaden en dan zit ik met de BlackBerry world update die dan moet plaats vinden. Het blijft allemaal vreemd dat het opeens niet meer werkt. Vind het ook een raar verhaal over dat betalen.
