    We are running UEM version 12.9 and have recently moved about 200 users onto the platform.

    We seem to have a large number of users who keep getting locked out of Work and then have to unlock the uem client.

    BlackBerry have mentioned there might be an impending fix but im wondering how wide spread it is.

    We had the same issue, but only on 5 of 700 devices. This was solved for us with the latest UEM client and BB Work. We are on UEM 12.9.1. I believe it was a problem with the SDK.

    Thanks for the reply.

    We are already on 12.9.1 and on the latest UEM & Work versions, we were also told it as an issue with the version of SDK. Hopefully the next release fixes the issue soon.
