    Curious about the Warranty.
If I purchase a NEW in box BlackBerry Storm 2 without contract from eBay what will my Warranty be if lets say something malfunctions on it?

Well if its new in box never used and not registered to a user I guess I would be the original owner because I registered it??

No. The original invoice will be to a carrier or approved distributor. The seller will be the original owner, not his customer.

    Buyer Beware.
