so i have a blackberry bold9700 and i do NOT have visual voicemail i have regular voicemail and it was working fine for a while but i just found out that it's not working. when i dial 1 to get to voicemail it says to enter my mailbox number? can anyone help?!

phone(send )>menu>options>voice mail>

fill in your access number and pass word>save

If that doesn't work, call your provider to set up your voice mail and password.
