So I'm not sure if this is a problem that can be fixed with an os upgrade or not since I'm still on 4.7 because I just bought my tour last night and I'm waiting on my usb cable for it ; but here is my problem whenever I'm on the phone and the backlight goes out these 4 keys stay lite up (talk menu back and end) has anybody else had this problem ? And if so how should I fix this cause this is rather anoying..

Like the previous poster stated, I believe thats how they are supposed to behave.

The 4 buttons are suppose to stay lite up the whole time ? It was never that way on my old curve is there anyway to turn it off ?

You can't change it currently.

These are supposed to stay lit up. They are the ones you would need to use while on the phone in a dark area.
