I haven't had any luck getting 10.2.1 on my Q10 with Bell. Tried OTA (Wifi and Mobile network), tried using Link - same thing. Wiped the device and tried again ... still no 10.2.1 update.

Had no issue with Z10.

I contacted Bell today and the rep was transferring me over to BlackBerry support (since this Q10 was a BlackBerry Employee Purchase Program device) - the rep there advised that they have temporarily suspended updates due to several reported bugs involving the Hub, mobile network connectivity and issues with the flash failing. They expect to resume updates on Monday/Tuesday next week.

Really? Thoughts?

Okay - I'm on Telus in British Columbia, and received notice of 10.2.1 update on the 28th and again this morning at 11:17 PST. I've had BBLink checking for updates all morning without finding one. Perhaps Telus forgot to tell customers they've pulled back too, and further failed to interrupt scheduled notifications of updates?

*UPDATE: Work around is to access update through Q10 settings... just be warned mine involved not only the 295MB in the notice, but an additional 1GB in a second tranche. Make sure you don't need the phone for a couple hours.

I do have a feeling that a lot of bugs are from updating a leak. I don't see how a small 10mb file can update a leak to official fixing bugs along with it.

There's no difference between the leak and the official really. The leak actually has a higher radio version. As far as I can tell, all they did was resign it and upload it. If you 'upgraded' from the leak, all you really did was replace the radio file.
