i have a blackberry storm 9530 from verizon , i bought it from some1 but now i cant seem to get the blackberry service on it , and the firewall is enabled n there is a little lock on it , im wondering if this could be the caus eof the problem , some1 plz help me
Is it unlocked? You need to send or have your provider send the service books to the device. Also the device has to be activated. Like T-Mobile notices you're using a different device and you have to activate it. It might need to be done by your provider.
why cant you get BIS on it? is your carrier telling you the IMEI or PIN is still associated to another account? you need to contact the seller and have them contact verizon to remove the PIN from their account in order for you to make your own BIS account, if thats the case. you are not being very descriptive with why youre not able to get a BB plan.
