I bought a Telus blackberry storm on july 2, 09 and its freezes a lot and it is hard to answer and hang up calls and other stuff. I was wondering if some people with the storm have tried the tour and which you prefer and why. Also is it possible i could complain to telus and see if i can pay the difference for the tour or will they just tell me thats how the storm is and i have to stay with it?

I have owned both and currently own the Tour. It is superior in every way that the Storm sucks, the Tour is definitely the way to go.

i would go with the tour, but i cant get rid of the screen real estate. and the touch click. maybe im weird but i love my storm

Youll have to threaten to leave but do it calmly and to go overboard make it reasonable they might give you a better offer on the tour
