Has anyone been noticing dust inside the screen on a phone that is under a week old? and does anyone see a grid of dots 2 to 3 mm apart on the screen when you hold it on about a 45 degree angle in the light?

I would if it was my personal device. When you buy something you expect it to be free from defects. And they more than likely won't have replacements in stock so it will have to be shipped to you. But make sure you can prove or make them see that there is contaminants under the screen.

I would return it. Dust is not suppose to get directly below the screen.

I thought I read a post talking about how the screen is sealed so water and dust cannot contaminate the inner workings of the phone. Hmm ... if you have dust IN the screen, I would replace it. Should be an easy process.

Speaking of the sealed screen ... I don't know that this means we should all drop our phones in the toilet or bury them in the sand. LOL
