The Buick thing is about looks. The problem with this is it is not the look that's the issue. It is the OS that everyone associates as being 'Archaic' when BB is mentioned. Q10 looks like a BB should. I guess this can apply to Passport but the core of your argument sound like people think 'it is BB it is OLD and can't surf, sluggish, no apps, etc.'
