There are a few other posts on this, it appears to be several carriers, I am on ATT in ST. Louis, same here no emails.

According to Verizon...There is no official word from RIM but it does seem to be down. At first they were blaming Gmail but when I told them my desktop Gmail and my buddy's Iphone were working they stuck me on hold and came back with the answer above.

I just re-sent my service books from the BIS, but it took about 4 minutes to receive the notification, normally it's less than 5 seconds. still not receiving email though. At 2:27pm eastern time, I had about 20 emails come in at once, nothing since and it's 3:24 pm can't beleive I am so addicted.

I just noticed that I wasn't recieving any e-mails/notifications, so I'm glad that it's not just me. I just sent myself a test e-mail a minute ago and nothing... this is like the second time in a couple months this has happened... I'm with USCC in St. Louis.

I've only heard good things about BIS but since ive had my storm (around november)

this is about the 4-5 time their services have been down... WTF??

I just resent my service books as well, and I got the notification within about 15-20 seconds... but still no e-mails...

So I can send service books and they comes thru fine

I can send a text email to vzw.blackberry.net address and that comes thru.

But I have tried my work email, and personal gmail and nothing.

Oh well day is almost over, I'm sure they will get it back up and running..

I'm getting emails but there all on a HUGE delay, I got it on my computer this afternoon and then like 3 hours later I got 11 emails on my phone lol

30-60 minute delay. Can't get thru to BIS support.
